We think it’s safe to say that Pep Guardiola and Manchester City are taking it. And by “It” we mean the Premier League title of the 2017/18 season. City has simply been unplayable this season. In all its years, the Premier League has never seen such a dominant force as this spectacular Manchester City side entering the usually very hectic and jam-packed Christmas period. It seems likely that come May 2018, Pep will be lifting his first Premier League title. United, Chelsea and the rest can’t do anything about it. Rashford vs Martial: Who’s better?


The in-house battle going on at the left flank position of the Manchester United side between Marcus Rashord and Anthony Martial has proved to be super exciting to watch so far, to say the least. Some may even feel it’s kind of bringing out the best in both of them because they’ve both been in blistering form so far. Romelu Lukaku’s signing in the summer meant that the young English lad and his French teammate would most likely have to compete for that left side position considering the fact that they both have clearly claimed to be more comfortable attacking from the left. What every Manchester United fan is dearly and desperately hoping for is that the myth of Jose Mourinho’s second year in charge at a club transpiring into success comes through for the Red Devils as well. As in it’s definitely about time the Premier League trophy came back to the Theater of Dreams and this season, considering how relatively well the team started, feels like the year they might just bring one home. However, Jose Mourinho has his longtime rival Pep Guardiola to contend with this season, and his Manchester City superstar filled squad has proven so far to be quite a devastating outfit.
